蓝色警戒是捷克游戏公司万众科技出品的一款即时战略游戏。2020年，7大洲联盟建立了一个名为“超脑”的全球防御系统，其核心是一个高智能电脑软件系统，控制着全世界22个主要军事基地，时刻准备应付可能发生的战争冲突。宗教Beho-Sunns经过长期研究，发现了“超脑”的弱点，使用黑客侵入了“超脑”系统的内部，取得了系统控制权。Beho-Sunns控制了全部22个军事基地，最终目的是统治全球。7大洲联盟不得不宣布进入一级战备状态，玩家扮演的是最著名的军团首领，要去阻止Beho-Sunns的疯狂行为。
