测试自己适合怎样的发型的软件有发型屋、百变发型、换你个头、换发型等软件。具体使用方法如下：

在浏览器中搜索并下载任意一个提供换发型功能的软件，如“换发型”，并安装到手机或电脑中。
2.
打开软件，点击主界面最上方的“摄取头像”，直接拍照或者点击“载入头像”，选择以前手机或者电脑中已经拍摄好好照片。
3.
在界面右侧的发型列表中选择需要的发型，手动调整发型的位置。同时通过调整发型的大小找到最佳状态。
4.
