玩游戏好坏和精神状态当然有关，如果天天晚上熬夜，废寝忘食的玩游戏那肯定状态越来越不好，打游戏也不能集中精力。但是如果精神状态良好，脑子清醒，打游戏也会手速较快，操作的好。

玩游戏心态不好其实很难办的，有些人玩游戏就是这样的，但我们要做的就是不要让他影响到我们自己的心态和玩游戏的乐趣，其他的东西就随他去吧。
像之前玩英雄联盟的时候就遇到过这样一个人，他进来后就开始要上单，其他队友都没理他，让他乖乖的去打野，可是他就是不听，一个酒桶直接往上路跑占线。后面原本打上单的皇子见这样也不是办法，所以干脆就做了点牺牲直接跑去打野了。不过，由于没带惩戒，打野的速度很慢。
就在皇子从上半区刷到下办区的时候，酒桶被对面的上单诺手单杀了。此后，他就开始了自己的表演，不断的说皇子不来帮他什么的，还说其他队友看到他被单杀也不来报个仇什么的，一点都不会配合。本来我们都不理他的，只要他不送人头爱怎么说怎么说。
可没想到的是他打团的时候居然成了对面的人，他的大招从来都是拿来帮对面的人逃走，这下我们可气不过了，纷纷指责他。可他就是不听，还一直说我们毁了他这场游戏，让他玩酒桶的心态崩了，所以也要让我们的心态跟着一起崩。
好在对面的实力确实一般，我们剩下的四个队友慢慢的也就习惯了四打六，开始沉住气进行反打。还真给我们给打了回来。但这局比赛也是鏖战了快五十分钟。
经过这个事后我就知道，如果再碰上类似的人就不要管他做什么了，无论输赢只要结束比赛就看不到他了，当然，赢了话可能更好。

随着科技的发展，玩网络游戏的人越来越多，游戏的种类也越来越丰富。那么，网络游戏是有利还是有弊呢?这个问题很难说。
根据我们的调查证明，许多青少年都是因为玩网络游戏而得了“网络成瘾症”。所谓的网络成瘾症，是一种过度使用互联网行为的心理疾病，患者无法摆脱时刻想上网的念头。有关专家对网络成瘾症病人的描述是：对网络操作出现时间失控，而且随着乐趣增强，欲罢不能，难以自拔。其危害，令身体心理俱受害：带来心理和躯体疾病：使在校学生成绩下降，引起社会难题等。由于这些“症状”令许多人都认为：网络游戏是有弊而无利的！
他们可曾想过，网络游戏亦有有利的一面呢？难道游戏就仅仅是游戏吗？
社会的生产力和科学技术的进步是想适应的。我们的社会发展得那么快，两代人之间本来就会产生不同的文化观念，价值观念，这就是所谓的代沟。现在除了文化上带来的代沟，又有技术上带来的代沟，这就是电脑，电脑游戏，电脑网络等这些媒体的出现。如果去了解，研究这些新东西，能有如此深或者更深的代沟吗？
况且，不少的电脑高手都是从玩游戏开始的，就拿徐克的“逆火”小组来说吧！我想这小组里有80%的人是电脑高手，不然，他们怎么能推出《天惑》这么一款好游戏呢？他们之所以有今天的成就，看看他们的经历就知道了！他们也是从游戏开始的嘛。再拿我们班的同学来说吧！男同学在对于电脑这方面是比较熟悉的，他们有的也可以利用检查电脑错误的各种软件来检查电脑上的错误，很快就能找出电脑“坏掉”的原因！并且，他们知到很多软件的用途，用法，而班上的女同学很少能够如此啦！他们都是从爱上玩游戏开始到爱上电脑，很多男同学的梦想就是成为电脑专家。男同学能这么了解与电脑有关的东西，皆因他们是从爱上游戏发展到爱上电脑。毕竟，男同学是比较喜欢玩游戏的！见仁见智，见山见水，有人在游戏里看到了文化，有人在游戏里看到了历史，有人在游戏里看到了商业价值……不是吗？而有些爱玩游戏的男生的历史成绩很好，大概，他们是在游戏里看到了历史吧！使他们喜欢上历史，从而使他们的历史成绩很好！
当然，我们也不能否认，网络游戏是有弊端的，前面已经说了，它能引起“网络成瘾症”等“症状”。那么，你可曾想过这种“症状”形成的基本原因吗？
原因就是网络游戏的最大弊端就是使人失去自控而上瘾，过度的玩网络游戏。什么东西上瘾都是可怕的！再好的东西也有个适度的问题，正因如此，电子游戏到网络游戏都有一个统一的坏名称—“电子海洛因”！
由于人们没有适度的利用网络游戏，而是盲目的追求，崇拜，迷恋流行的网络游戏，有许多同学花费大量时间思考，去记网游游戏中的规则，甚至是记住游戏中的装备，武器等的名字以及功用。更严重的有，连游戏中的行走线路，在那里可以做什么，在那里有什么危险，都记得一清二楚，倒背如流！他们的心理也随着所追求，崇拜，痴迷的游戏“专家”的行踪漂浮不定，而争着去拜师！还有相关的报道资料显示，中国青少年犯罪率愈来愈严重。他们当中，有80%的青少年犯罪，是受到了网络游戏，或者是一些网络垃圾的影响而走上犯罪的道路的！
我们绝对不能成天沉迷在网络游戏之中。沉迷与网络游戏之中对于自己百害而无一利！但是，这并不代表我们不能接触网络游戏。在很久以来，游戏已经在我们的现实生活中成为不可缺少的一部分，当你对游戏的分寸把握得好的时候，游戏能给你的精神带来愉快的享受，朋友之间的交流也多了一种共同的语言，业余外也多一个目标，工作后也多了一种放松的方式……放开个人，把游戏提高到对整个社会来说，对于推动整个国家的服务业的经济发展，文化交流，社会稳定也是起到了一定的积极意义。当然，游戏是需要花时间和金钱去玩的，沉迷与它之中，势必会占去你的工作中，学习中，休闲的时间和精力，否则，你也无法体验到其中的乐趣，但是，当你沉迷在其中时，就出现我们经常说的—玩物丧志！其中的弊端相信大家都会有所见闻或亲身体会过。总之，做任何事都有一个平衡度，没有好坏之分，你只要明白：我们是人玩游戏，不是游戏玩人!
